Our commitment

even flow solutions Llc is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities and to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital experience.

Conformance target

We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including limitations that affect vision, hearing, cognitive ability, and mobility.

Current status: Partially conformant. Parts of the site fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA; other parts are being remediated under an ongoing accessibility plan.

Compatibility

The site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
  • Browser zoom up to 200%
  • Operating-system display preferences (high contrast, reduced motion)
  • Keyboard-only navigation

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues include:

  • Some legacy images may not yet have descriptive alternative text. We are auditing and updating image alt attributes.
  • Some embedded third-party content (e.g. payment processor widgets, video players) is controlled by external providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with vendors to advocate for accessibility improvements.
  • Older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Please contact us for an accessible alternative.
